If you state that your phone is fully working, it needs to be fully working in all aspects, like switching on, making and receiving calls and all aspects of your phone must be completely functional. i.e bluetooth, camera, video etc.
If you state your phone is fully working and we find it arrives in a faulty condition you will be contacted with a reduced offer or we can send the phone back at your cost. This means that if you tell us for example your phone is Grade A and it comes with scratches we will reduce the price.
Quotations are valid for 7 days.
If you have the box, charger and accessories with the phone please send them to us. Although this does not increase the value of your phone we can recycle them too.
Please use our FREEPOST TOYM service if your phone is not valuable and obtain a certificate of posting from your post office.
We however recomend special delivery for valuable phones but we cannot refund those postage costs.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items being lost, damaged or stolen and always recommend using recorded post or special delivery.
Please carefully package your phone making sure that the charger cannot damage the phone in anyway. You can do this by using bubble wrap and a padded envelope.
We do not under any circumstances buy blocked or barred phones as these phones have been reported lost or stolen. If you sell us a phone which becomes barred at a later stage we will report you to the police so please ensure that the phone you are selling us is yours and that it is not going to be barred(for example do not sell it to us and then claim on insurance that it was lost as that is fraud)
